New Four Lane Bridge at Bund Garden Pune.

Client: Pune Municipal Corporation, Pune, Maharashtra.

Project Cost: Rs. 28.62 crores

Project Period: 36 months


Project Details:

  • Excellent aesthetic aspects with slender deck slab/ arch slabs with open spandrels.
  • 5 nos. of Arch with each span of 54m (54x5 = 270 m) with only 1m thick arch slab.
  • Length of solid approach is 120m.
  • Total Bridge length is 390m.
  • Minimum number of bearings & expansion joints giving good riding quality & minimum future maintenance.
  • 21m wide 4 lane bridge, two carriageways of 10.5 m each with 1.5m foot path on either ends.
  • Around 14.5m high piers giving sufficient clearance above HFL.

Flyover from College of Engineering, Pune to Patil Estate

Client: Pune Municipal Corporation, Pune, Maharashtra.

Project Cost: Rs. 68 crores

Project Period: 5 years


Project Details:

The project consists of three multilevel flyovers, namely A, B, S.

Flyover A: Single tier:           

Span: 240+420=660 m long, 13.5/ 10.5 m wide

Area: 3240+4410=7650 m2

Approach: 90+110=200m long 13.5/ 10.5 m wide

Area: (1215 + 1155) = 2370 m2

Total length: 860 m

Total area: 10020 m2


Flyover B: Single tier            

Span: 180m long, 13.5/8 m wide

Area: (720+1327.5) = 2048 m2

Approach: 220m long, 11.0m/8.0 m wide

Area: (720 + 1430) = 2150 m2

Total length: 400 m

Total Area: 4198 m2


Flyover S: Double tier:         

Span: 390m long, 10.5m/ 7m wide

Area: (525 + 3360) = 3885 m2

Approach: 50m long, 7m wide

Area: 350 m2

Total Length: 440 m

Total Area: 4235 m2

Railway Over Bridge at Sangram Nagar

Client: MSRDC Ltd. Aurangabad, Maharashtra

Project Cost: Rs. 27.16 crores

Project Period: 30 months


Project Details:

Total length of Viaduct

360 m. ( 18 Span of 20 m C/C ) excluding R.E. Wall Ramps in approaches & 2 span of 27.5 m each to be executed by South Central Railway. = 360 m + 55 m = 415.00 m


Total Length including RE Wall

a) Bridge Portion = 415.00 m

b) RE Wall 101.35 + 57.85 = 159.20 m

Total Length (a + b)= 415 + 159.20 = 574.20 m

Carriageway = 12.0 m at side kerbs.


Total length of road

Slip Roads and diversion Roads as per site Requirement. (1100.00 m)

Sub-Structure - RCC M-40 and    M-35

Super-Structure

  1. Pre-cast PSC 4 Girder system with cast in situ Diaphragms and Deck Slab with 1.5 m Cantilever on either side.              
  2. Bearing- POT – PTFE
  3. Expansion Joint -  Strip seal type
